Instructions:

1) Fill out fields in the form. Any fields left blank will invalidate the request.

2) Click the submit button at the end.

3) You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail if the request has been approved.

South Sound Baseball Reschedule Policy

· All teams are responsible for rescheduling contests cancelled due to weather or unplayable field conditions.

· The request must be made at least three (3) days in advance of the requested date for Mustang and above.

· All rescheduled games must be completed by;

· Mustang, Bronco, & Pony - June 6, 2010

· Shetland & Pinto - June 13, 2010

· No contests will be rescheduled on any of the following league blackout dates;

· May 14, 15, & 16, 2010 SSB Mid-season Opt-in Invite Tournament (Mustang, Bronco, Pony)

· May 28-31, 2010 Memorial Weekend

· June 11, 2010 Rainiers Night
